- In Australia, all deliveries will be made by the method of your choice in the checkout section of the shopping cart, by Australia Post, and direct to your door or PO Box. Please be sure when placing your order that you advise us of any special delivery instructions, especially if you are likely to be away from a street address when the postman calls. All registered post deliveries must be signed for. All items purchased from Zansuri are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. It is your responsibility to choose the right postage method, preferably one with Registered options. WE DO SHIP OVERSEAS, but it's expensive because it needs to go as Registered Post which you will need to sign for. Unfortunately, this is the only way we will ship overseas.

- Returns & Replacements - Clothing
- We check stock very carefully before shipping. If there is a manufacturing fault we will inform you and give you other options - for example: exchange for another product or store credit - before we ship. If you happen to recieve a product with a fault, you MUST contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will exchange your product or give you a store credit. PLEASE CHOOSE carefully. If you just change your mind, you can return the product for a store credit only - no refunds.

We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. - Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Pricing, including specials and promotional pricing is accurate to the best of our ability. If, for some reason, the pricing is incorrect at the time you place an order, we will inform you by email and offer you a full refund.

- You can view your orders and your account information by logging into your account. All the options will be displayed on the left hand side of your account page.
