Manufacturing Faults
We check stock very carefully before shipping.
While processing your order, if we find there is a manufacturing fault ,we will inform you and give you other options - for example: exchange for another product , issue a store credit, or give you a refund.
If you happen to recieve a product with a fault, you MUST contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a return authorisation (RA) number, and return instructions.
Changing Your Mind
PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY!
If you simply change your mind, you can return the product for a store credit only - no refunds.
Wrong Size
If your item doesn't fit, and you want to return it, you MUST contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a return authorisation (RA) number , and return instructions.we will give you a store credit for the item when the item is returned to us.
For all returns please contact us for a return authorisation (RA) number.
Return Postage
If there is a manufacturing fault we will pay for the return postage and credit your entire order.
For wrong size or change of mind, you pay for return postage and we credit the items only.
If we mess up and send you the wrong product, we'll rectify the problem at no cost to you.
