If you create an account and then contact us, we can designate your account as Wholesale. You can than see the wholesale pricing. You can select styles for your wishlist or let us know which styles you want to order. If we don't have stock, you'll need to place an indent order. We expect delivery to be approximately 60-80 days from the date of your pre-paid order.

Sizes 8 - 16 available in most styles. Please ask if you want larger sizes.
